Cyberstalking

This post is going to be about the cyberstalking that I’ve been experiencing. Briefly, my cell phones and computers are being cyberstalked. For those who may think this claim is absurd, just know it is very possible. I’ll write and append pages regarding past and ongoing events.

Lawsuit: Me vs. Private Investigator

So back in 2016, I was setup by my employer and family to rent a small studio that was bugged with cameras and microphones. They were essentially imprisoning me. I called the police to report this and other harassing activity, but unfortunately that wasn’t a solution to end the harassment or remove the cameras in my studio. It was obvious to me that my stalker harassers had already manipulated the police to be against me; the police staged a shooting per the direction of my employer and would follow me or anticipate my arrival to have some kind of affect on me. So what can a citizen do in this situation?

I figured a skilled private investigator would help find and remove any kind of stalking device or mechanism in my car, phone, and studio. However, my stalker harassers (especially my employer at this time, the one who knew my cousin was going to attack me) interfered with every private investigator I contacted; some would reply and some would partake in the harassment.

There was one private investigator willing to help me. I only had enough funds to have my studio and phone inspected. I had to max out my credit cards, but I was willing to do so to restore my privacy and rid the harassers of their tools. Since this investigator was on the side of my harassers, the whole bug sweep was a charade. I believe they might have actually removed a camera or two. I had to remind them to investigate my phone, and they literally just looked at my phone (this wasn’t even an iPhone, it was a Samsung S3 with Verizon, which was just one of the two cell phones I had at the time). So, they essentially robbed me. I'm sure my stalker harassers wanted to max out my credit cards so I wouldn’t be able to afford a lawyer; none would help me anyway. The county bar association lawyer referral service had me meet with a lawyer in a room in an old building which was once a jail cell/jailhouse/police department. What’s more, the DFEH was treating me unfairly as well, reluctant to help me saying that their phone systems were down. My thinking went as so: these people are in serious trouble and they know they are, hopefully I made enough noise to stop them from harassing and stalking me, so I just let things go. However, the noise obviously wasn’t loud enough because the harassment continues … even as I’m writing these words, my father and sister are doing and saying things to pressure me not to post this online.

The private investigator performed his contracted work on November 17th of 2016. I have three years to pursue a lawsuit, so the limits are close. I began the paperwork to pursue this lawsuit earlier this year, but my stalker harassers told the process server to make up false excuses, and the documents were never served; which is obstruction of justice (thanks Apple!). The process server told me the private investigator wasn’t at the address I wrote on the documents to be served. So on Thursday (08-29-2019) I visited the office building to ask if the private investigator is located at that building. Building security were already anticipating my visit, unsurprisingly, and told me that the private investigator is actually at that building. So I went to the court house, got a new court date, and called the process server to serve these documents. I didn’t complain to them, because they know that I know that they were misleading me. Monday is Labor Day, unfortunately for me, so I’ll have to wait until Tuesday to have these documents served. I’ll post updates as the situation progresses.

Resolving Cyberstalking, with Apple

This episode of cyberstalking involves Apple’s AppleCare.

I purchased a brand new iPhone in June of 2017. I was immediately suspicious of cyberstalking. I called Sprint in June of 2018 to solve this cyberstalking issue, but their suggestions and information didn’t help. I purchased another brand new iPhone in July of 2019 hoping a new phone would solve this cyberstalking issue, and it didn’t. It’s now August of 2019, and I decided to call AppleCare to solve this cyberstalking issue.

The AppleCare technicians' behaviors were disingenuous with indirect insults and offensive comments to harass. This was a bit shocking to me since this is Apple, supposedly a trustworthy company. However, since this type of harassment happens on a regular basis, where my stalker harassers interfere with any and every interaction I’m involved with, the shock lasted for, like, half a second.

During the calls, I only caught about half of the insults, indirect comments, and insincere behaviors. Per my intuition, I was convinced of what was going on and what led up to the harassment by AppleCare; but my understanding was still vague and didn’t become clear until I carefully listened to the voice recordings.

How did AppleCare anticipate my phone call?
- The people who stalk and harass me notified AppleCare.

Why would AppleCare partake in the harassment?
- Peer pressure is part of the reason, however, I’m convinced there’s a malicious motive to inflict emotional distress to deter my effort to not only solve this cyberstalking issue, but to also understand how this started and how this is happening. Initially, I thought Sprint, the cellular service provider, was enabling the cyberstalking; but now, I think … I think it’s Apple … damn.

My Notes: The Miniseries

Just a series of phone app notes where I would talk to my cyberstalking coworkers.

The language gets vulgar with the intention to offend harassers. None of this was said verbally.
If you are offended by this type of language, please do not read.
The notes are censored to protect the privacy of others... oh, how ironic!
I hope you find these notes as entertaining as I do.

It's a rollercoaster! It's a mindfuck! IT IS REAL!
