After being on hold for 8 minutes, the technician asks me an incoherent question regarding this cyberstalking issue and the security of Apple products. The technician says he’ll have me speak with the security team, and then he remembers to tell me that he’ll send the case number to me via email, which I didn’t receive. He (they) probably felt a bit threaten when I said that I was going to pursue a lawsuit against Apple and Sprint. Apple not sending the email, and then me checking my emails and seeing that I didn’t receive the email or that “it’s missing,” is an implicit threat.
