AppleCare Call 7

I called the senior advisor, again, to followup because after almost two weeks since the documentation was sent, I still hadn’t heard anything from AppleCare yet. This time when I called, I couldn’t leave a voice message because the extension for the senior advisor is not valid anymore.

So not only has AppleCare not followed up with me, I can’t even contact the senior advisor and leave him a voice message. Not only does the senior advisor not want to talk to me, he doesn’t even want me to leave a voice message!

I’m sure I have plenty of evidence to sue Apple for this AppleCare situation, not to mention enabling cyberstalking, however, it just doesn’t feel right to not see this come to a “full conclusion,” or to make this as conclusive as possible.
