AppleCare Call 8

After not being able to leave the second senior advisor a voice message, I called the main AppleCare line and start speaking directly to a, third, senior advisor (let’s call him SA3). SA3 reviews the case notes and then asks me to describe the issue, which is very frustrating, because I’ve already explained this issue at least four times. So I asked for the second senior advisor (let’s call him SA2) and SA3 said he wasn’t sure why the extension wasn’t working. SA3 tells me he can take over this case and also suggests I should call the FBI to handle this cyber crime. SA3 tells me he can’t access the documentation for some reason, so he sends me a new link via email to resend just the images. I ended the call saying that I’ll send the images within the next hour and call back in a couple of hours; however, SA3 doesn’t tell me his extension unfortunately.

Overall, SA2 doesn’t want to talk to me anymore; he doesn’t even want me to leave him a voice message. So now I’m talking with SA3; he definitely seems disingenuous at times, attempting to cause some harm or deter my efforts, and is definitely colluding with my stalker harassers.
