AppleCare Call 3.3

After the diagnostic, the senior advisor calls me back, about 4 minutes after we disconnected. Apparently the diagnostic only shows a warning regarding a phone backup. Then he tells me he’s going to send me a link to upload any information that could demonstrate the cyberstalking, but then he says “that can prove that,” which is different than just demonstrating, leading me to believe he’s suggesting I can’t prove the cyberstalking is happening. Then he says he’ll create a ticket for the engineers to investigate the issue and then he proceeds with an implicit threat. Then he says he’s got to gather some information and he’ll put me on hold for 2 minutes; I was actually on hold for 8 minutes. There are background voices during this part of the call.

Long pause after “72” which I interpret as a threat with him whispering “pussy”

You can hear a car that was actually speeding towards me and swaying, which I'm sure was planned.

Background voice: sounds like “off”
