AppleCare Call 2.3

After being on hold for 6 minutes, the technician/advisor, passes the phone call to a senior advisor who is with the Account Privacy and Security Team. The senior advisor starts by saying he’ll make sure I have the case number for any follow up, but he doesn’t end up telling me or sending me the case number. Then he asks me about the issue with my iPhone. At 01:23 he says “ow” and then says, “just want to let you know, there are security measures built into your phone by Apple.”

Did he just tell me that Apple built custom features into my phone for cyberstalkers? I REALLY think so… wow!

After that he asks me questions that suggest that even though the cyberstalking is happening, I can’t prove or demonstrate it; essentially wanting me to believe that I can’t prove the cyberstalking.

He then starts asking about compromised personal information. I was running low on time, so I said I’d call back the next day and he still awkwardly asks about compromised information… talk about persistence.
