Lawsuit vs. Private Investigator, Update 3

On 10/09/2019, I went to the courthouse a bit early to rehearse my opening statement. I prepared a trial notebook for the judge with evidence, and a whole narrative just in case I missed anything.

I had to wait a couple of hours for my case to be called. The police officers there for the traffic hearings were harassing me, and it was obvious to me and everyone else, so I just started taking notes of what they were saying and nodded my head acknowledging that I was hearing what they were saying. I would generally just ignore the harassment, but since I was going to speak, I had to be assertive to overcome any anxiety. I guess they were trying to check me, and I understand because I've been demonized, but it's not really necessary because I'm actually a respectful person; I doubt the harassment was sourced from a hate of their own. Since I’m talking with military recruiters to reapply to the military, I was writing with my new camouflage pen. I waived this pen between my fingers, at the side of my head. I didn’t see the officers' reactions, but I could hear them taken aback.

The private investigator didn’t show up. Eventually my case was called. I presented my case without the defendant there. The judge was nice. It felt great speaking to the judge. My offenders would call me a snitch, and I would call them ignorant because they don’t know what a snitch is. The fact is, I’m standing up for myself.

So now I need to wait for the judgement to be mailed to me.
