AppleCare Call 4

The senior advisor calls for the followup regarding the ticket sent to the engineers. The conversation is a bit scattered and not very structured. The call ends with me needing to send a system log, and screenshots and/or screen videos.

I spent a lot of time analyzing this call. When he explains to me how to generate iPhone system logs he’s implicitly telling me to commit suicide. At the time of this call, my stalker harassers have already told this senior advisor that I’m recording the phone calls. The instructions he gives to generate the system logs don’t work exactly the way he describes. Specifically, he says to hold down three buttons, then to expect a quick vibration, and then to let go. Holding down the three buttons is not actually followed by a quick vibration; it just prompts the screen to swipe to shut down the phone or if you just hold down two of the buttons, the phone shuts down. (As I’m typing this on my MacBook Air, I just heard someone make a kiss sound, either my father or his wife, which means … the “kiss of death!” Oh so scary.) The way I interpret the “three button hold down with a quick vibration” is like a choke with a last jolt before death and then the “sync with iTunes” referring to the afterlife. Very nasty people. Do not support these people. When you support these people, you are supporting abusers. Why would anybody give these people the ability to cyber stalk my electronics!? I know the answer to that. I’m suing Apple for $1 billion!

Says the link has a 10 day expiration, but actually has a 7 day expiration, and says this to say since it’s been about 4 days, the link is valid for another 6 days, because yeah, I’m so evil.

Says “audible” instead of “article.”
