Lawsuit vs. Private Investigator, Update 1

On 9/3/2019, the day after Labor Day, I called the process server early in the morning to get the ball rolling on getting the court documents served to the private investigator. It seems like these individuals already read this blog post, but I wouldn’t know for sure since this blog with Blogger only seems to count my own site visits. These individuals were obviously in communication with my stalker harassers. So the obstruction of justice ordered by my stalker harassers goes against what these process servers are licensed to do; which means reporting this to the DCA wouldn’t be a good thing for them. They seemed a bit upset, not answering my questions or concerns prior to the serving of the documents; however, in the end, the documents were served on 9/3/2019 without any issue. I was sent the proof of service documents via email on 9/4/2019, but the court was closed by the time I received them, so I had to wait until 9/5/2019 to file the proof of service with the court.

On 9/5/2019, I woke up a bit late and checked the traffic conditions, and there was more traffic than usual, so I waited for an hour or two. When I got onto the freeway, I read a sign saying ALL lanes were closed ahead. What could have happened? I exited the freeway, went through some roads that were not busy, and got back onto the freeway, thinking I had passed the road block; unfortunately, that road block was still up ahead. It seemed like Caltrans was cleaning the freeway, no construction, which definitely seem strange. I filed the proof of service and drove back home. Eventually I looked up the road closure and learned that a truck full of chickens had crashed into an overpass; the truck caught on fire, some chickens died, some ran loose, and some were still in the cages. It was a mess; the crash occurred at around 3:30am and I saw the road clear at about 12:30pm on my way home. Something tells me that this was not an accident. I think it was a stunt gone bad; I don’t think the driver wanted the truck to catch on fire. I think the stunt was to let a whole bunch of chickens loose on the freeway to cause a commotion, which is still very idiotic; many hours and chicken dinners were wasted.

Anyway, my court date is set for 10/9/2019. I have very strong evidence and even though this event occurred almost three years ago, I take very good notes and my emails are written so that my recollection of the moments are as vivid as possible. The prolonged effort to server the court documents is very telling. For what I read, I get about 5-10 minutes to present my case and give the judge my evidence. The judge will either make a decision right there or mail the verdict to me. I don’t see how I could lose this case, so after I win, it’s just a matter of collecting my money, but hopefully we can just settle one way or another.
