Lawsuit vs. Private Investigator, Update 2: Small Claims Trials 10-07-2019

On 10/07/2019 I went to the courthouse to watch small claims trials again, just one more time before my court date, to hopefully see a typical small claims hearing. People were expecting me, as usual. There were only a couple of small claims cases. Without going into too much detail, one case involved a “slipper” and another case involved “chicken” (I think). I believe one of the cases was alluding to a former employer who encouraged me to ask him for a loan for a rental deposit that strangely fell through. I believe he wanted to control me with fear by playing a loan shark; silly. I was repaying the loan with each paycheck, but I eventually started working somewhere else. I asked this former employer if I could work off the rest. He gave me some work to do, but then told me something along the lines of it being too difficult for me; he wanted me to struggle and not complete this assignment. I completed the task either way, and didn’t hear much from him afterward. I figured I had worked off the rest of the loan with this assignment. He didn’t give me any work after that, which was unfortunate because I was really hoping to make this a side gig. So for them to allude to this, if they were alluding to this, is very petty.

Leading up to my court date, I kept on hearing people, especially my parents, saying “that hurts.” This made me think that the role between parent and child have switched. Children don’t like being disciplined, but it is necessary so children learn proper behavior. This lawsuit is essentially disciplining my stalker harassers. They’d hint to me to not go to the courthouse to solve this issue, but to go to the church instead; ridiculous.

By the way, I really don’t care if people close to me go to jail, because generally speaking, jail is for people who cannot control themselves, and the people who stalk and harass me are out of control.
